• Big/Little: The excitement of reveal is only the beginning. Your Big becomes someone to make plans with, turn to for advice, and count on throughout your time in Phi Chi. Big/Little families bring different pledge classes together, creating friendships that grow with every new member.

• Bid Night & Pledge Class Bonding: We love welcoming our newest members! Bid night kicks off your Phi Chi experience, and pledge class bonding gives you time to get close with the people joining alongside you. Those first conversations quickly turn into inside jokes, shared memories, and friends you reach out to every day.

• Football Tailgates & Watch Parties: Michigan game days are a chapter favorite. Whether we’re together at a tailgate or packed in for a watch party, cheering on the Wolverines gives us another reason to bring everyone together.

• Bance & Formal: Getting dressed up, taking pictures, and spending the night dancing with your friends, Bance and formal are some of our most anticipated events. They bring the whole chapter together for nights we keep talking about long afterward.

• Game Nights & Weeknight Hangouts: Some of our favorite memories happen on an ordinary Tuesday. Game nights, spontaneous hangouts, and study breaks make brotherhood part of everyday life. You’re constantly getting closer to people outside your own grade and finding another Phi Chi friend to spend the evening with.

• Birthdays & Celebrations: We show up for each other. Birthdays, accomplishments, and finishing a tough exam week are all reasons to celebrate together. It feels good to have friends who are just as excited for your milestones as you are.

• IM Sports & Seasonal Traditions: From playing intramural sports and cheering from the sidelines to carving pumpkins together, there are so many ways to get involved. These events give us time to laugh, unwind, and enjoy being together.
