Noah Siegel is a current senior and President of Phi Chi. He has been a member of the fraternity for seven semesters. During his time in Phi Chi, he has served as both a pledge parent and social chair. Outside of Phi Chi, Noah is majoring in Neuroscience, conducts research in the Craniofacial Surgery Lab, bartends, and volunteers at the Humane Society. He is interested in pursuing a career as an orthopedic surgeon and plans to apply to medical school next summer.

Ilana Ravindra is a senior and served as a philanthropy chair, secretary and is currently serving as Phi Chi’s Vice President. Ilana is studying public health and is interested in pursuing a career in pediatrics, gynecology, or dermatology. Ilana is involved in anesthesia research at the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center helping patients combat chronic pain. Her other involvements on campus include the Michigan Healthcare Business Club and Global Surgery Student Alliance. She enjoys going for sushi and boba dates with friends, running, yoga, being a tourist, and shopping.

Ryan is a junior studying Neuroscience and Spanish! He recently served as pledge parent of the Pi class and is excited to be serving as Phi Chi’s Secretary this year. Outside of Phi Chi, he is a Biology171 and Chem210 tutor, volunteer in the emergency room, in-home caregiver volunteer, personal care assistant, and research assistant in the PPOL lab. He loves going on walks, traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with his friends and family!

Devesh KC is a senior majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Business. He previously served as Phi Chi's Alumni Relations Chair and currently serves as our VP of Finance. Outside of Phi Chi, Devesh is a research intern in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, where he works on projects focused on advancing the treatment of Twisted Pouch Syndrome. He is also involved in Theta Xi, Motley Crew, and the University of Michigan Club Hockey team. In his free time, Devesh enjoys watching sports, playing guitar, and spending time with friends around a bonfire. His dream is to pursue a career in surgery.

Lily is a senior with a deep passion for reproductive justice and a long-term goal of building a career in healthcare that prioritizes equity, access, and patient-centered care. She is especially interested in the ways systemic barriers impact reproductive health, and hopes to be part of creating lasting change within the medical field. Outside of her academic interests, Lily finds joy in art, music, and meaningful conversations, and values spending quality time with her friends—especially during long walks.
